How to Use The Free Journal

You can either print the journal, or you can download and write on it digitally. Don’t worry, we’ll go over each option if you need some help.

Printing the Journal

Printing this free journal is very easy—just send it right over to any home or office printer, and you’re good to go!

You can print this journal on any type of regular copy paper, and, while the full journal is in color, it prints fine in black and white as well. To print the document, make sure your device is connected to your printer, and hit the print button after downloading the journal.

Every device is different, but yours should have a print button somewhere—just keep looking for it!

Using the Journal Digitally

Now, writing on this journal digitally may take some more “messing around.” However, it’s totally doable!

I also recommend using a tablet, iPad, or computer with a touch screen for this option. This is because phone screens tend to be too small to write on (but you can certainly still try it).

To use the journal digitally, make sure you download it using the button below, and then save the journal to your device. From there, you should see some type of “write” or “pen” button on your screen. Again, this varies from device to device, so don’t be afraid to play around and really search for it!

If you still really have trouble writing on your device, I’d recommend searching “how to write on a PDF on [name of your device]” online. For example, you can use Google to ask “how to write on a PDF on iPhone”, and you might find some better tips and tricks.
