What’s Included in the Course?

There’s so much packed into this 7-day course, and it’s all free for everyone. Included are 7 days of guided “classes”, a full mental wellness workbook, and tons of tips when it comes down to how you can actually start improving your mental health.

Each day in the journey will cover a different topic, such as how to manage stress or how to practice self-care. All 7 days also correspond to a new page in your free mental health workbook, included with the course, and there are built-in stress-relieving activities with every day.

Plus, every day of the course is going to help you connect with your inner wellness, guiding you closer and closer to the best form of mental health for you.

Who Is the Course for?

This course is aimed at adults and teens who want to better themselves mentally. The course will guide you through various mental health topics slowly, so you can join even if you’re new to the “world” of mental wellness.

Keep in mind that this is ultimately a “self-help” course, and you will need to put in quite a bit of effort to make progress each day. However, your instructor and guide will encourage you every step of the way, and it’s totally okay to take breaks each session or in between sessions as needed.

It’s also important to note that this course is not designed to take the place of any medical treatments—again, this is simply a tool designed for you to use in helping yourself in your own mental wellness journey.
