I’m so excited, everyone, to introduce my new, full, and most importantly, FREE online course for your mental wellness! Ah!
It’s an online, 7-day “journey” that you can take anytime, anywhere, for your own self-improvement. It features 7 days (8, actually, if you count the “day 0” course introduction!) of video sessions that you can follow to work on your mental health. Each video is about 30-50 minutes long and will include grounding exercises, self-help tips and questions, and even free access to worksheet pages.
Every day in the journey covers a different mental wellness topic, ranging from how to actually perform self-care to ways you can better manage stress.

I’ll include an FAQ section below if you want to learn more about the course before joining, but I also want to quickly share a bit on why I created this course in the first place.
Because mental wellness is so important, and I have experienced firsthand the difficulties that come with mental health issues, I wanted to create and share something great that could actually help everyone to help themselves. During my own mental wellness journey, which is ever-evolving (just like yours, I’m sure!), I’ve found that things like self-help books and online worksheets have been very helpful… but, they’re not always enough.
Thus, I came up with the idea of “7 days to better mental wellness”, or, at least, something like that… because having access to something that’s going to help us for a full week with lots of free worksheets and videos sounds incredibly helpful. Doesn’t it?
So, I’d love for you to see the quick course introductory video I’ve put together, here below, and then I’d love even more to see you in the full course with so many other lovely people on their own mental health journeys!

What is included in this course?
This 7-day mental wellness course features 7 days (with an optional “day 0” to acquaint yourself with the course) of follow-along videos, plus there is a course workbook that you can download as well.
Each day’s video of the course will include a grounding exercise followed by a guided session through at least one page of your course workbook. At the end of the session, we will also have a “brain break”, which is a surprise activity that will help you relax and unwind after putting in so much mental work!
Is this course really free?
Yes, this course is 100% free for everyone to join!
There are no strings attached, and there are no extra requirements on your end to join. I do not collect personal information, like names or e-mails, for you to “unlock” the course or anythingāit is all available for the public to join at any time.
Who is this course made for?
This course is designed for adults and teens who want to help themselves better their mental health. Please keep in mind that it is not made to replace any mental health treatment.
This course is highly interactive, which also means you will need to put in a bit of work as you follow along with the course videos and workbook in order to get the most out of it. And, I know, “work” doesn’t sound like funābut we take things slowly and step-by-step, so no one needs to feel rushed!

Hi there, I’m Kari Lynn M., and I’m the one who designed, filmed, and published this entire course for you on your mental wellness journey!
I am an author and an artist, and you can learn more about my work here. However, I’ve also been someone who has struggled to maintain good mental health throughout my life, and I wanted to take what I know has helped me get to a better place and put it into something that can help others.
While I am not a mental health professional (and this course should never replace seeking help from a mental health professional), I can be your friend and guide for at least 7 days of your mental wellness journey. Because I know how difficult it can get at times, and I want you to be able to help yourself, especially in a comfortable setting (like your own home). Plus, I want you to have access to something that’s both in-depth and completely free to access.

You are totally free to share this course with anyone and everyone you’d like, and I’d actually encourage that!
