Lovely Lavender Acrylic + Watercolor Class
Welcome, fellow painter, to the “Lovely Lavender” painting class! In this class, as part of the “Flowers & Petals” Course, we will be learning and honing both acrylic and watercolor painting techniques. However, you will only need acrylic paints to complete the class since we will be making our own watercolors from scratch. The technique skills we will be using may be a bit on the “advancing beginner” side, but all levels of artists can join in to create these beautiful purple lavender branches and detailed violet rose!

Materials Needed
- Paints
- Red
- Blue
- Yellow
- White
- Raw Umber or Black
- A mixing palette for acrylic paint
- A mixing palette for watercolor paint (or multiple shot glasses, small mixing bowls, or plastic cups work!)
- One paint mixing tool (either a spatula, butter knife, or craft/popsicle stick)
- One small/medium roundhead brush
