Sweet Sunflowers Acrylic + Watercolor Class
For those who absolutely love sunflowers—this is the painting class for you! In this class, you will learn two ways to create sunflowers on your page or canvas: both with acrylic paints and with watercolor paints (which we will make out of acrylic paints!). Take what you learn in this class with you into future classes here on Canvas Academy, or practice time and time again with this class to hone your skills. We will also be working with a lot of yellow hues here, so you may get more comfortable with mixing tricky colors (because, yep, yellow is kind of difficult to work with)!

Materials Needed
- Paints
- Blue
- Yellow
- White
- Burnt Umber or Brown
- A mixing palette for acrylic paint
- A mixing palette for watercolor paint (or multiple shot glasses, small mixing bowls, or plastic cups works!)
- One paint mixing tool (either a spatula, butter knife, or craft/popsicle stick)
- One small/medium roundhead brush
