Learn how to create a scenic galaxy forest painting with just a few simple steps!

This class is aimed toward experienced beginners; however, all levels of painters may join and learn with us.

Some materials you will need to create this painting include:

• One flat-head paint brush
• One round-head or fan-head paint brush
• Something to mix paints with (such as paint spatulas, popsicle sticks, even a butter knife)
• A painting surface, like painting paper or a canvas
• A water cup and towel or napkin (for brush cleaning)
• Acrylic paints in these colors:
  • White –Black or raw umber
  • Blue (in any shade)
  • Red (in any shade)
  • Magenta, pink, or another crafter’s paint in a pink shade

This class allows you to learn at your own pace, and you can totally pause the video or rewind at any time. I would consider this a tad of an “intermediate” class–but that’s just because it takes some time to learn how to create the “galaxy” effect across the page with a brush. Otherwise, all painters of all ages are free to join!
