“Lemony Grape-It!” Acrylic + Watercolor Class
This painting class is perfect for beginners who want to learn new watercolor painting skills. In addition to making our own watercolor paints out of our acrylic paints, we use our acrylics to make highlights directly in our watercolor areas, which is a unique but easy technique. We also try a lot of wet-on-wet brushstrokes and work on blending new colors right on the page.

Materials Needed
- Paints
- Red
- Blue
- Yellow
- White
- A mixing palette for acrylic paint
- A mixing palette for watercolor paint (or multiple shot glasses, small mixing bowls, or plastic cups work!)
- One paint mixing tool (either a spatula, butter knife, or craft/popsicle stick)
- One small/medium roundhead brush
