This class utilizes acrylic paints and watercolor paints (which we will mix directly from your acrylic paints—yes, really!) to create a variety of yellows and golds right on the page. You’ll also get to learn and practice making watercolor “textures” while making this detailed sign.

Materials Needed
- Paints
- Yellow
- Burnt Umber or Brown
- Raw Umber or Gray or Black (or any other color to fill in the text of the sign)
- A mixing palette for acrylic paint
- A mixing palette for watercolor paint
- One paint mixing tool (either a spatula, butter knife, or craft/popsicle stick)
- One small/medium roundhead brush
- Optional:
- A rubber dropper or straw
