A certain class video isn’t working for me. Help!

If a class video isn’t working, no matter the reason, please contact us here to let us know. Sometimes, technical glitches occur for all members, and it’s helpful to let us know so that we can fix it as soon as possible. In other cases, a class webpage may not be working for your device (again, without a specific reason), and we are always available to send an alternative link to a class directly to you through e-mail, provided you are an active Canvas Academy member.

Can I download video classes?

Due to artist copyrights, we do not allow downloads on any of our videos. This helps us prevent piracy of our classes, which we know you don’t want to happen as much as we don’t!

Why won’t my device let me put a video class on AirPlay?

Since we do not allow downloads on any of our video classes, you can expect that AirPlay and similar functions will not work with our classes either. While we wouldn’t mind allowing you to use AirPlay with our classes, it’s the fact that using AirPlay requires a video download to work, and, as mentioned above, our videos just aren’t downloadable.

I want to cancel my membership. How can I do this?

While we’d love to see you continue to paint with us here on Canvas Academy, we understand if you decide to cancel your membership. To make a cancellation, please log into the account you use to subscribe with us, and then navigate to your “Purchases” page to manage or cancel your membership.

Our memberships are offered through WordPress, and reading this guide may make cancelling your subscription easier.
