Two birds with one stone this week.
Well… minus the bird part. That’ll be next week’s piece!
So, I got these mini magnet canvases at Hobby Lobby a few… actually, let’s be honest, it’s been months ago, now. But, I always like getting unique things to paint on like that… only, I never know what to actually put on them.
Except for this time!

Both pieces I’m going to show you this week feature flowers in up close and super personal positions!

I got the idea of painting flowers because, previously this past spring, I had made a mission to take hundreds of photos of every flower I encountered for future painting purposes. And, well, these were a part of those purposes!
The canvas covered magnets come in packs of 4, so of course, there are a couple more pieces similar to these to show you, but I thought we’d stick to just the first two I did today. I wanted to show two at a time because they’re so small, but now I’m realizing that they look largely amazing in photos!
And the close-up views feel very Georgia O’Keeffe, no?
Both of these beauties are up for sale on my Etsy site! They are, actually, the most inexpensive items I have out right now—only 5 bucks (USD) each!
Because they are so small, I like to suggest them more as an add-on to another order you may make with me. However, they can also be a cheap piece to add to your kitchen (or dorm room; I’ve been there) fridge just by themselves!
They also qualify for my blog referral discount, so use coupon code BLOG15 to get 15% off either one or both of these, or anything else you find you like on my Etsy shop!
Please, let me know what you think/though of this week’s pieces!
